Thanks for the informatio. Affiliate marketing can be very beneficial to both parties, but it is important to choose the best ones. I found commision junction and linkshare to work well. Anybody that has a website, and as I mentioned in my post today at http://www.datexmedia.wordpress.com, should definitly look into this type of marketing, well worth it if it’s done right.

This is a good information on KPI. One interesting part of KPI is it can be used as a measurement to employees job performance and giving rewards.
